The Big Bearing Store offers the following Returns Policy: In 99% of return situations we will take the product back and issue a refund. If it is past 10 days of the purchase we will not refund or take exchange. All returns, if not caused by our error, are at the cost of the customer.

Orders must be placed before 12:00p.m. (Noon) Central Time in order to ship the same day. If your order is placed after that time please call to confirm that the order will be able to ship. This is a priority if you are doing any kind of rushed shipping.
